Long-Term Goal
To progress my driving performance and career to the point of being a paid professional in automotive racing.
Background & Non-Racing Interests
Seth grew up in Nashville TN and at 8 years old watched the Nashville Predators in the NHL Stanley Cup finals and decided he wanted to play hockey. It certainly helped his father is Canadian and has a deep history in the sport. Seth quickly demonstrated exceptional skill as a goaltender and played at the AA level for both the Nashville Predators and Nashville Flyers development programs until the spring of 2026. He earned a reputation as a “clutch” goalie with numerous championship game wins. Outside hockey, Seth is also a very accomplished golfer and is teaching himself to play the guitar.
How Racing Started
Seth had always had an interest in racing and was an F1 and NASCAR fan for many years before he took the wheel. He began racing a used Tony Kart in 2023 at a small track in Shelbyville TN. He immediately demonstrated strong racing instincts and by 2025 was racing full-time at the nationally recognized New Castle Motorsports Park (NCMP) in New Castle IN.
During the 2025 campaign at NCMP Seth raced at the Junior level and captured 17 podium finishes, as well as 2 first place results and multiple pole positions. He completed the season in 3rd place overall across all Junior categories.
2026 Racing Schedule & Goals
The 2026 season will be focused on making the transition from karting to full-time auto racing. Seth will drive his Vintage Racing Co. MX-5 Miata in various racing events to continue developing his abilities in the Miata platform, which supports his goal of racing in the IMSA MX-5 Cup Series. His development with this platform is guided by veteran IMSA team manager and driver Owen Trinkler.
Additionally, Seth will compete in the 2026 season of the USSA Kenyon Midget Series which races 14 events on asphalt and dirt tracks across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. Seth will be driving the #81 car for the Jeff Hill Trailer Sales team. His goal is multiple podiums and be a contender for the Rookie of the Year honors in the series.
